Guided Trips Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policies vary depending on which stretch of the river you’re booked to fish.
Mainstem of the Flathead Trips
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your trip.
- 7 days or more notice: You’ll receive a full refund of your deposit or any payments made.
- Within 7 days: Your deposit will be forfeited.
- Schedule changes requested within that 7-day window and tied to a specific guide will be treated as a cancellation unless your guide is both available and willing to accommodate the new timing.
- No-shows will be charged the full trip cost.
- Trips run rain, snow, or shine. Refunds or credits will only be issued if your guide determines conditions are unsafe and cancels.
- Lary’s Fly & Supply reserves the right to make refund decisions on a case-by-case basis.
North & Middle Forks of the Flathead
- Forks trips are operated through our partner shop, Glacier Anglers.
- Glacier Anglers requires 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in the full trip charge.
Lake Fishing Trips
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your trip.
- Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 7 days of your scheduled trip will result in a forfeited deposit.
- No-shows will be charged the full trip cost.
